I said it was going to be a good second half and I was right on point. Things were looking good for the Kings who although were down by 11 at the end of the 3rd, came back to tie it at the end of regulation. But, as it goes the Kings weren't able to finish the Wizards, losing 136-133. Wizards guard Nick Young was truly unstoppable, ending with a game high 43 points and rookie John Wall added another 23 points to clinch the Wizards win. As for the Kings, it was once again Beno Udrih who stood above the rest, finishing with 24 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists. Beno went 10-13 and was 5-5 from the line. Omri Casspi had a team high 8 rebounds, but struggled from the floor going 5-15 and DeMarcus Cousins added only 10 points as he couldn't buy a basket going 4-19. Kings forward Carl Landry had a standout game with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists, but it wasn't enough to beat the worst team in the East.
As we speak the Kings are playing the Boston Celtics and are keeping up with one of the best teams in the East. Lets go Kings!
